Desi and paan flavours
Paan flavours are what Kolkata orders most. They taste like the paan you get after a wedding dinner: gulkand, saunf, a little sweetness and the green note of the leaf.
- Meetha Paan: gulkand, saunf and paan leaf. Sweet. Our best seller.
- 5 Paan: five paans in one. Sweet and strong.
- Teen Paan Rose, Teen Paan Peach and Teen Paan Rajnigandha: three paans mixed, with rose, peach or rajnigandha.
- Mango Kesar Paan and Magai Paan Salsa: mango and kesar with meetha paan, or magai paan, sweet with some spice.
- Gum Supari, Gum Clove and Tulsi: the paan shop counter. Supari and gum, laung and gum, or a mild, herby tulsi.
- Elaichi Mint: elaichi and mint. Good after dinner.
- White Rose Springwater: rose with a cool, minty kick.
If you have never had a hookah before, Meetha Paan is the safe first order. Almost everyone likes it.
Mint flavours
Mint gives a cold, clean draw. It also mixes well with almost anything, which is why so many of our fruit flavours come with a mint note.
- Electric Mint: very strong mint. Ice cold. Not for first-timers.
- Grape Mint: black grape with mint. A good middle ground between fruit and mint.
- Blueberry Springwater: blueberry with a cool, minty kick.
Fruit flavours
Fruit flavours are the easiest to share in a group, because nobody hates them.
- Blueberry Blast: strong blueberry. Sweet, a bit jammy.
- Kiwi Springwater, Kiwi Zafran and Lychee Zafran: sour kiwi, light and cool, or kiwi and lychee with a little zafran.
- Guava Blast: pink guava with chilli salt, like the thela.
- Double Melon, Orange Blast, Lemon Blast and Berry Blast: watermelon and honeydew, sweet orange, sharp lemon and mixed berries.
- Marbella, Love 66 and Lady Killer: tropical fruit, passion fruit and melon, or mango, berry and melon, all with mint. Popular at parties.
Sweet flavours
- Candy: tastes like the sweets you got at the school gate.
- Coffee Blast: coffee with a little sugar.
- Cola Blast: sweet and fizzy, like the bottle.
- Vanilla Rasna: vanilla with orange Rasna, the summer drink.
The classics
Commissioner is our house blend. Smooth and full, a regular's pick. If you ask our team what they order for themselves, this is the usual answer.
Double Apple Mint is the old lounge favourite: double apple with saunf and a bit of mint.
How to pick for a group
With two chillums, take one paan and one fruit. With four, add a mint and a sweet. For a party, add Commissioner and one wildcard nobody has tried. That way everyone finds something they like and the table has something to talk about.
